About Erin

Erin Eilers, PHR — Founder & Fractional HR Director

Erin Eilers built Eilers HR after more than two decades in senior HR leadership roles, where she guided organizations through growth, policy development, complex employee relations, and ever-changing employment laws. She brings a legal-minded discipline to HR, grounded in real-world business sense and a genuine respect for both owners and employees.


Erin holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida and a Master of Science in Employment Law from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. She is also a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and has supported companies across industries including healthcare, real estate development, professional services, manufacturing, and nonprofit.



Known for her steady guidance and direct, practical approach, Erin partners closely with leadership teams to design HR systems that are compliant, fair, and sustainable — the kind that prevent problems rather than react to them. She has successfully led HR for multi-location and multi-state organizations, including remote and hybrid workplaces, and is frequently called upon for her expertise in compliance, investigations, policy development, and employee management strategy.
